Acquiring Microsoft Cloud Subscriptions through conova
The Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program is the standard acquisition method for Microsoft subscriptions. As a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Direct (1-Tier), Microsoft licenses, services and resources can be purchased directly through conova.
TopOperations for Microsoft CSP Basic
The certified Microsoft experts at conova gladly assist customers with ongoing support for your Microsoft environment. For this purpose, granular delegated admin rights in the customers’ tenant are required. Access to this is via personalized users with activated multi-factor authentication.
TopOperations for Microsoft Azure
TopOperations for Microsoft Azure is the prerequisite for the operation of your Microsoft Azure VMs by conova experts. It is operated using a bridge VM in the Azure cloud and the data is then encrypted and transmitted to our data centers. A personal dashboard gives a central view of your systems, regardless of whether they run in the conova data centers or in Azure. A separate service level agreement regulates conova’s response time.
