TopMail Teams Protection scans Teams chats and channels that belong to the customer’s Microsoft 365 organization. If the Teams chat or channel was initiated by an external user, the chat will not be scanned and no alert will be sent. URLs that point to files shared via services such as OneDrive and SharePoint are not analyzed by Teams Protection because they are not hosted on a public server.
